Job Summary
The operational attendant is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience through courteous service, efficient operations, and attention to detail. The role supports the cinema’s day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth ticketing, concession sales, hall management, and adherence to Silverbird’s brand

Job Description/Requirements
- Providing introductory information to new customers.
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with our products or services.
- Following clients or customers to check that they’re still satisfied with any purchase
- Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services.
- Escalating queries and concerns
- Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service.
- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer clients or customers’ questions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND.
- 1–2 years of work experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills & flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
