We are hiring a full-time Game Support Specialist to carry out gaming service tasks assigned by the project manager. Key responsibilities include assisting global players with periodic in-game missions, collecting relevant materials, resolving game-related issues, and ensuring the confidentiality and security of customer data and digital assets.

- Never use unauthorised tools to manipulate player data; ensure data security at all times.
- Follow standardised procedures to complete tasks assigned by supervisors.
- Contribute to team efforts in designing efficient gameplay strategies and sharing best practices.
- Assist the team in verifying player information and resolving basic game-related issues.
Requirements:
- Passion for gaming (experience in mobile/PC games preferred).
