Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and well-presented Front Desk Officer to manage our reception, attend to clients, and support daily administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent service and ensuring smooth office operations.

  • Minimum Qualification : HND
  • Experience Level : Internship & Graduate
  • Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year
  • Working Hours : Full Time

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and orderly
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and client visits
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments
  • Handle documents, record updates, and basic office filing
  • Assist in coordinating office activities
  • Ensure all clients are attended to promptly and professionally


Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND / NCE / HND in any field
  • 1–2 years experience in customer service or administrative roles (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Must be neat, well-groomed, and professionally presented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English (spoken & written)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Must be reliable, polite, and customer-focused
