Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide information about products, services, and delivery options.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the operations team to coordinate deliveries and address customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
- Stay up-to-date with product information and company policies.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
- Knowledge of the grocery or e-commerce industry is a plus.
