Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally (via phone, email, chat, or in-person).
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Maintain and update customer records and databases.
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, production, or finance) to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Track and report recurring customer concerns and suggest solutions for improvement.
- Support in managing customer feedback and implementing service improvement strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer service or client management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, or other customer support tools.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- High emotional intelligence, empathy, and patience in handling customers.
