Job Description/Requirements
- Greet customers and respond to inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
- Handle customer complaints or issues and resolve them promptly or escalate when needed.
- Process customer orders, reservations, returns, or service requests.
- Maintain customer records and update necessary information in the system.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution or satisfaction.
- Monitor customer interactions and identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Maintain a clean and organized customer service area or workspace.
Secondary
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, or document preparation.
- Support sales or marketing activities when interacting with customers.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports related to customer feedback or service performance.
- Participate in training sessions to improve service skills and product knowledge.
