Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and respond to inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues and resolve them promptly or escalate when needed.
  • Process customer orders, reservations, returns, or service requests.
  • Maintain customer records and update necessary information in the system.
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution or satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer interactions and identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Maintain a clean and organized customer service area or workspace.


Secondary

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, or document preparation.
  • Support sales or marketing activities when interacting with customers.
  • Prepare daily or weekly reports related to customer feedback or service performance.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve service skills and product knowledge.


Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult or emotional customer situations calmly.
  • Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Active listening and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills (email, CRM systems, POS, or office tools).
  • Customer-focused attitude and professional behavior.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior customer service experience is an advantage.
