Responsibilities:
Front Desk Ownership:
- Greet every person by name (or learn it fast)
- Manage check-ins smoothly
- Answer questions with confidence
- Keep reception clean, calm, and premium
Sales & Conversions:
- Convert walk-ins into tours
- Convert tours into memberships
- Promote Founders, class passes, and offers
- Upsell Standard → Premium Lifestyle
Member Retention:
- Know regulars by name
- Notice absences and flag churn risks
- Encourage class participation
- Build emotional loyalty
Flow & Vibe Control:
- Manage peak-hour traffic
- Prevent congestion and confusion
- Calm complaints before they escalate
- Maintain Haven tone: warm, respectful, professional
Admin & Reporting:
- Track signups, renewals, cancellations
- Log daily front desk metrics
- Coordinate with trainers and the Director
Performance Expectations:
Weekly Minimums:
- 90%+ positive member interactions
- 10–20 walk-in conversations
- 5–10 membership conversions
- 3–5 Premium upgrades
- Zero unresolved front desk complaints
