The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact and maintain strong customer satisfaction.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure timely solutions.
- Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate information.
- Process orders, follow-ups, and service requests efficiently.
- Handle feedback collection and communicate customer insights to management.
- Support administrative tasks and ensure smooth front-office operations.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND/HND/Degree in any relevant field.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in customer service or front desk roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to multitask and manage complaints professionally.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Calm, patient, and professional under pressure.
