Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and other messaging platforms.
- Confirm and verify customer orders with accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide detailed product information and assist customers in making purchase decisions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Record customer interactions, feedback and report recurring issues to management.
- Support sales efforts by upselling or cross-selling related products when appropriate.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND certificate.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, eCommerce, retail, or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (clear speaking voice and confidence).
- Professional appearance, polite attitude, and customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, social media, and online order platforms
- Ability to work under pressure, handle objections, and close sales.
- Must own a browsing phone with WhatsApp.
- An educational background in a science or health-related course is an added advantage.
- Age Range: 18–26 years
- Gender: Female preferred
