Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and create engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other channels.
- Attend and participate in content shoot days.
- Produce a target number of videos and photo content as required.
- Edit videos and images using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Develop creative concepts and content ideas aligned with current trends.
- Manage content schedules and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to support campaigns and marketing objectives.
- Ensure all content reflects the brand’s tone and identity.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Creator, or similar role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and platforms.
- Basic to intermediate video editing and content production skills.
- Comfortable creating both short-form and long-form content.
- Ability to shoot, edit, and deliver content efficiently.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Must be based in Lagos or willing to commute.
- A portfolio or examples of previous content work are an advantage.
