We are looking for a strategic Client Relationship & CRM Ops Lead to bridge the gap between human connection and data-driven strategy. In this role, you will own the customer lifecycle—ensuring our clients feel valued while optimizing the systems that support them.

Responsibilities:

  • Build Trust: Cultivate long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Optimize Operations: Manage and refine our CRM architecture (Salesforce/HubSpot) to ensure data integrity.
  • Analyze Impact: Turn customer data into actionable insights to reduce churn and drive growth.


Requirements:

  • 1 year experience
  • Minimum of HND
