🔹 Proposal & Grant Writer (Volunteer)
These roles support the HENS Brood Mentorship & Leadership Development Program, helping us amplify impact, strengthen visibility, and secure opportunities for growth.
🎯 Programme Communications Lead (Volunteer)
Support the planning, execution, and coordination of communications across the HENS Brood Program.
You will:
Develop and implement communication strategies
Create compelling content (social media, reports, campaigns)
Coordinate multimedia production (graphics, video, storytelling)
Manage digital engagement and program visibility
Support stakeholder communication and brand positioning
💼 Proposal & Grant Writer (Volunteer)
Drive resource mobilization by identifying opportunities and crafting strong proposals.
You will:
Research funding and partnership opportunities
Write grant proposals and concept notes
Support donor communication and reporting
Collaborate with program teams to align funding with impact goals
👤 Who We’re Looking For
Experience or strong interest in communications, media, or grant writing
Excellent writing, storytelling, and coordination skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team
Passion for leadership development, youth empowerment, and social impact
