Security Operations Supervisor/ Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operation of the organization
• Process and maintain guard service contracts.
• Supervise the activities of guards posted in client beats
• Participate in hiring, training, and background checks of guards before and after hirings
• Liaise with finance to prepare attendance sheets for salary schedule payments to guards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain effective and proactive measures to ensure professional conduct and service delivery by the guards and other members of the operations department
• Grow the efficiency of existing operational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s growth
• Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives and make proposals to management
• Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
• Track staffing requirements; hire new employees as needed
• Lead, motivate, train, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
• Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Work closely with legal and safety departments to make sure activities remain compliant
• Oversee materials and inventory management
  
• Conduct operations budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3 years) as operations supervisor and must be hands-on.
• Minimum of HND in any field
• Experience in managing a team of control room operators, security supervisors, and patrol drivers.
• Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes
• Communication, leadership, and organization
• Be digital and computer savvy
