Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons/tutorials in line with the curriculum and learning objectives.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Identify learners that require additional support and provide appropriate assistance.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to enhance pupils'/students' learning outcomes.
- Participate in the company's staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
- Ensure classroom discipline and uphold the company's policies and standards.
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate pupils'/students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies provided by the company to accommodate different learning styles.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and learners' performance.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and active participation among the learners.
- Support extracurricular activities and contribute significantly to the overall development of learners.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an SSCE.
- Ability to learn fast
- Proven teaching or instructional experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong classroom management abilities
- Passion for teaching and student development
- Ability to motivate and inspire learners.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to adapt to educational technology and digital learning tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
