Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, provide menus, and introduce daily specials.
• Offer personalized service, answering guests' inquiries, and assisting with dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Address any guest complaints or issues swiftly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience.
• Accurately take and relay orders to kitchen staff and bartenders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct orders and presentation standards.
• Provide recommendations to guests on menu items, specials, and beverages, focusing on customer satisfaction.
• Set up tables, clean dining areas, and maintain overall cleanliness in the restaurant.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service and a well-maintained environment.
• Adhere to company policies regarding uniform, punctuality, and conduct.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND in a relevant field.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fine dining.
• Proficient in waiting tables, food service, and customer satisfaction practices. 
• Knowledge of food preparation and catering is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
• Positive attitude, team player, and customer-focused mindset.
