Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable Cook to prepare and serve high-quality meals at a lounge located along Eleyele Poly Road, Ibadan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for food preparation, kitchen operations, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to the lounge’s menu and standards
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet required standards
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the kitchen area
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times
- Manage food portions and minimize waste
- Monitor kitchen supplies and report low stock levels
- Ensure proper storage of food items
- Support menu planning when required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cook or in a similar kitchen role
- Knowledge of local and continental dishes is an added advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet service timelines
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Minimum of SSCE; catering certification is an added advantage
