The Grill Chef is responsible for preparing high-quality grilled meals, ensuring excellent taste, presentation, consistency, and strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare, season, and grill meats, poultry, fish, seafood, and vegetables to the required standards
- Monitor grill temperatures and cooking times for quality and consistency
- Ensure proper portioning, plating, and presentation of all grilled dishes
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the grill station and equipment
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
- Assist with inventory control, stock monitoring, and waste reduction
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE (OND or culinary training is an advantage)
- 2–3 years proven experience as a Grill Chef, Cook, or similar role
- Strong grilling skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
