Job Summary
We are looking for a Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate prepares food items according to recipes, maintains a clean and sanitary work area, and ensures food safety standards are met. He/she will be responsible for operating kitchen equipment like grills and fryers, managing inventory, and performing food preparation tasks such as chopping and mixing ingredients. This role requires efficiency, speed, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Food preparation and cooking: Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards, often working with high-volume orders. This includes using equipment like grills, fryers, and ovens.
- Food safety and sanitation: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature
- Inventory and stocking: Monitor and restock inventory levels, receive deliveries, and properly store and rotate ingredients.
- Kitchen maintenance: Keep cooking stations, utensils, and all kitchen areas clean and sanitized.
- Team collaboration: Work with other kitchen staff members to ensure smooth and efficient operations and to fulfill orders accurately.
- Customer service: May involve taking orders, handling special customer requests, and packaging food for serving.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same role.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Proficiency in cooking techniques and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Candidates within Lekki axis are highly needed
Remuneration: NGN 80,000.
