The Barbecue Kitchen Specialist is responsible for preparing, seasoning, and grilling meat and other food items to deliver high-quality taste and presentation while maintaining proper hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and marinate meat (beef, chicken, fish, etc.) for grilling
- Grill barbecue items using charcoal or gas grills
- Ensure food is properly cooked and served fresh and hot
- Monitor grilling temperature and cooking time for quality results
- Maintain the cleanliness of the grilling area and equipment
- Attend to customer orders and serve food promptly
- Manage portion sizes and minimize waste
- Ensure proper storage of raw and cooked food items
- Maintain a stock of ingredients and report shortages
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Requirements:
- Experience in barbecue or grilling is an advantage
- Knowledge of meat preparation and seasoning techniques
