Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all front-of-house operations to ensure flawless service execution
- Uphold fine-dining service etiquette and luxury hospitality standards
- Train, mentor, and supervise service staff to deliver consistent excellence
- Manage reservations, guest relations, and VIP experiences with professionalism
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service flow
- Monitor restaurant presentation, ambience, and service timing
- Oversee inventory, cost control, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Work with the marketing team to develop business for the restaurant
- Prepare performance and operational reports for management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or premium guest service environments
- Strong leadership presence and team-development skills
- Excellent communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of service etiquette, food, and beverage operations
- Ability to remain composed and solution-focused in high-pressure environments
- Hospitality Management qualification is an advantage
