The Bread Baker is responsible for preparing and baking high-quality bread and related bakery products while ensuring food safety, consistency, and timely supply for hotel operations.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare dough, proof, and bake various bread products following standard recipes
- Monitor ovens, proof boxes, and baking times to ensure quality and consistency
- Ensure proper presentation, quality control, and adequate product quantity
- Order and manage bakery ingredients using electronic systems, and monitor inventory
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards
- Operate and maintain professional baking equipment
- Delegate daily tasks as required and support smooth bakery operations
- Work closely with the team to meet retail needs
- Perform any other duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE (OND is an advantage)
- At least 1 year of experience as a Bread Baker
- Vocational baking training or apprenticeship is an advantage
- Ability to follow recipes and production instructions
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work under pressure, including night shifts
- Good time management, teamwork, and customer-focused attitude
