We are seeking to recruit three (3) qualified and experienced Cooks to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidates must be skilled, capable of working independently, and willing to commit to a minimum one-year service warranty.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Production & Pastries Cook (1 Position):
- Handle kitchen production and pastry preparation
- Prepare baked goods and pastries according to set standards
- Manage bulk food production when required
- Ensure consistency, quality, and hygiene in all outputs
Continental & Africana Cook (2 Positions):
- Prepare a wide range of Continental and African dishes
- Work independently and manage assigned kitchen sections
- Ensure proper food quality, portion control, and presentationMaintain cleanliness and comply with food safety standards
General Responsibilities:
- Prepare meals in line with established recipes and standards
- Maintain strict adherence to hygiene and food safety practices
- Manage ingredients efficiently and minimize food wastage
- Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Cook (hotel or restaurant experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Minimum academic qualification of SSCE
- Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Good time-management and multitasking skills
- Willingness to commit to a minimum one-year working warranty
- Disciplined and reliable
- Passionate about cooking and service quality
- Able to work efficiently under pressure
