Responsibilities:

Manage full travel services: flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel itineraries using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
Process visa applications for key destinations, including Schengen countries, Canada, UK, USA, and other regions as required.
Handle e-visa applications accurately and efficiently for eligible countries.
Process study, work, and tourism visa applications end-to-end, including documentation and embassy appointments.
Advise clients on travel regulations, visa requirements, and entry protocols for various destinations.
Provide accurate and timely travel consultancy services to corporate and individual clients.
Stay updated on visa policies, travel restrictions, and immigration requirements.
Ensure proper documentation, tracking, and follow-up on each client’s application process until successful completion.
Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless travel experiences.
