Business Development & Operations Executive
Job summary
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and commercially minded Business Development & Operations Executive to support the growth and day-to-day operations of our consulting firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating business development activities, managing key operational processes, supporting the academy and learning programmes, and ensuring effective communication across the organisation.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and project-manage business development activities, including lead generation, client engagement, proposals, partnerships, and follow-ups.
- Draft and coordinate professional communications, including emails, letters, newsletters, proposals, and stakeholder correspondence, for review and approval by the Managing Partner.
- Coordinate and oversee the activities of the brand and graphic designer, ensuring marketing and brand materials are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Develop and maintain the annual calendar for the consultancy’s academy, courses, workshops, and other learning programmes.
- Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of courses, ensuring timely pre-course communication, participant engagement, logistics, materials, and post-course follow-up.
- Monitor incoming organisational communications and ensure enquiries, requests, and stakeholder correspondence are appropriately addressed, routed, or escalated promptly.
- Track key projects, deadlines, and deliverables across the consultancy to ensure activities remain aligned with business priorities.
- Support client and stakeholder engagement and maintain effective follow-up across business development activities.
- Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and updates on business development and operational activities.
- Continuously develop knowledge of business agility, consulting operations, and the firm’s service offerings to provide effective operational and strategic support to the business.

Remuneration: NGN 300,000 - 500,000 Monthly
Note: The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting environment and will demonstrate strong judgement, initiative, and the ability to work closely with senior leadership.
