Partnership Executive
Job summary
The Partnership Executive is responsible for establishing, developing, and managing relationships between Ezine Learning and schools, organizations, associations, and other institutions. The role also includes recruiting, developing, and managing teams of Campus and Organizational Representatives.

Responsibilities
- Partnership Development
- Identify schools, companies, associations, nonprofit organizations, professional groups, and other institutions that may benefit from partnering with Ezine Learning.
- Research prospective partners and identify relevant decision-makers and institutional needs.
- Establish and maintain relationships with school administrators, organizational leaders, human resources teams, learning and development departments, and other stakeholders.
- Arrange and deliver meetings, presentations, platform demonstrations, and partnership discussions.
- Clearly communicate Ezine Learning’s services, benefits, partnership opportunities, and value proposition.
- Develop partnership proposals that address the needs of prospective institutions.
- Support negotiations and facilitate the completion of partnership agreements.
- Coordinate the onboarding and activation of new institutional partners.
- Serve as a primary relationship contact for assigned partners and ensure their concerns are addressed promptly.
- Representative Team Development and Management
- Recruit qualified Campus and Organizational Representatives within assigned territories or institutions.
- Train representatives on Ezine Learning’s services, benefits, registration processes, brand standards, and engagement methods.
- Coach, motivate, and support representatives to achieve their performance goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, reviews, and performance discussions.
- Support representatives in guiding users through registration, onboarding, and initial platform use.
- Ensure users receive timely first-level assistance and that technical or account-related issues are properly escalated.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business administration, marketing, education, communications, management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong business-development, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience supervising, coordinating, or developing individuals or teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively with institutional leaders and decision-makers.
- Strong planning, organization, follow-up, and reporting skills.
- Ability to understand institutional needs and recommend suitable learning solutions.
- Proficiency in digital communication, presentation, and productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and meet deadlines.
