Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff, attendance, punctuality, appearance, conduct, and daily performance.
• Ensure the office is clean, organized, properly stocked, and ready for business.
• Monitor daily sales and ensure all payments and transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
• Monitor inventory, conduct regular stock checks, and report missing, damaged, or low-stock items.
• Oversee online orders, packaging, dispatch, and delivery follow-up.
• Ensure customers receive excellent service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Ensure staff follow company rules, procedures, and instructions.
• Monitor and protect company property, merchandise, cash, and equipment.
• Identify operational problems and take appropriate action or report them to management.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, staff performance, stock, customer issues, and other operational matters
• Ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently, even when management is not physically present.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in retail, fashion, sales, or a similar operational environment.
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good knowledge of basic sales, inventory, and cash-handling procedures.
• Computer literacy and ability to use basic office/business software.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Must be trustworthy, responsible, disciplined, and highly accountable.
• Experience with online retail/e-commerce is an advantage.
