Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory control and management
  • Purchasing of ingredients and kitchen equipment 
  • Collaborating with other staff to ensure a very smooth operation 
  • Preparing food for service (e.g., preparing shawarmas, wrapping sandwiches, cutting meat, shredding chicken, etc)
  • Maintaining hygienic and safe kitchen practices
  • Ensure ingredients and Final products are fresh, including measuring, weighing, and the mixture of ingredients.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of SSCE
  • Good interpersonal and people skills
