- Inventory control and management
- Purchasing of ingredients and kitchen equipment
- Collaborating with other staff to ensure a very smooth operation
- Preparing food for service (e.g., preparing shawarmas, wrapping sandwiches, cutting meat, shredding chicken, etc)
- Maintaining hygienic and safe kitchen practices
- Ensure ingredients and Final products are fresh, including measuring, weighing, and the mixture of ingredients.
- Minimum academic qualification of SSCE
- Good interpersonal and people skills
