Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff members.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Manage budgeting, sales targets, and cost control.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant management software is an added advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Minimum qualification: OND/HND/BSc in a related field.
