Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints professionally
- Process bills and accept payment efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for customer service
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
