- Build and maintain relationships with publishing houses, bookstores, universities, and cultural institutions.
- Track industry trends and provide actionable insights to headquarters.

- Scout, profile, and recommend editors, proofreaders, and writers.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking of freelance or full-time staff.

- Act as the communication bridge between Nigerian operations and Stratapak headquarters.
- Manage logistics for publishing projects, events, and promotional activities.

- Provide regular updates on brand performance, industry developments, and operational progress.
- Intended Result: Data-driven decision-making and transparent alignment with headquarters’ strategic goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Publishing, Communications, Marketing, English, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in publishing, media, or brand management.
- Proficiency in website management (WordPress or similar CMS).
- Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and social media strategy.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills (Google Analytics, Excel, or similar tools). Industry Knowledge
