Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
- Develop new recipes and seasonal menu items.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and appearance.
- Manage ingredient inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to meet production goals
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience.
- A minimum of SSCE
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos State.
