Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare delicious, high-quality meals for breakfast, lunch, and occasional events, catering to a diverse set of dietary preferences and restrictions.
  • Create innovative and exciting menus that showcase seasonal ingredients, incorporating global flavors and modern culinary techniques.
  • Ensure that all meals are prepared and presented to the highest standards, maintaining a consistent level of taste, quality, and visual appeal.
  • Manage inventory, place food orders, and maintain strict budget control to optimize costs and prevent wastage.
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Proactively engage with employees to gather feedback, address any concerns, and continuously improve the dining experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques, bringing new ideas and inspiration to the menu planning process.



Requirements:

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen.
  • Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a high-volume setting.
  • Strong culinary skills with a deep understanding of flavor profiles, cooking techniques, and ingredient pairing.
  • Ability to create diverse menus that cater to various dietary requirements and preferences.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional food presentations.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage inventory and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees in a friendly and professional manner.
