Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute beautiful, creative plating presentations
- Collaborate with Head Chef and kitchen team
- Ensure consistency in food aesthetics and portioning
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of plating stations
- Develop multiple plating variations for each dish
- Stay updated on global food presentation trends
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in plating or fine-dining kitchens
- Culinary school certificate or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong understanding of color, texture, and symmetry in food presentation
- Ability to work under pressure and follow service timelines
- Must be willing to relocate to Warri (accommodation provided)
