Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of fresh, high-quality meals, including continental, Nigerian, and salad dishes.
- Plan menus that align with the family’s dietary preferences, including low-salt and low-carb options.
- Manage daily meal preparation, ensuring meals are ready on time for a family of five.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized kitchen at all times.
- Source and manage ingredients, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste.
- Adapt recipes as needed to meet specific health and nutrition requirements.
- Maintain an efficient workflow and proactively manage kitchen supplies.
- Occasionally prepare meals for special occasions and events as requested.
Requirements:
- Highly skilled, reliable chef wanted for a family of five.
- Well-versed in continental and Nigerian dishes as well as salads.
- Minimum 3 years of hotel/restaurant and 2 years of residential experience.
- Must keep a clean and well-organized kitchen, work efficiently, and have meals ready on time.
- Must have a repertoire of low salt low carb recipes or be able to learn some.
