Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook our signature pasta dishes
- Maintain portion control and quality in every plate
- Manage time and workflow in a fast-paced kitchen
- Monitor ingredient levels and assist with inventory tracking
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen
- Create new pasta menus for the brand when need be.
Requirements
- Must have hands-on experience cooking pasta in a commercial or fast-paced kitchen
- Ability to work independently and follow house recipes
- Punctual, clean, and detail-oriented
- Must live within/near Ikeja for convenience
