Job Summary

The candidate must have good knowledge of different types of pastry, dessert, and cake decorating. He/she must possess a professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manages all day-to-day operations of the pastry and bakery section of the kitchen.
  • Prepare and decorate a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread, etc.
  • Produce all baked goods, including but not limited to artisan breads and rolls, muffins, croissants and doughnuts, etc.
  • Develop, design, or create new ideas and items for Pastry Kitchen.


Requirements:

  • 2 years experience
  • Diploma in a related field
