Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of high-quality pastries, desserts, cakes, and baked goods.
- Develop new and innovative dessert recipes focused on taste, texture, and visual presentation.
- Ensure consistency in taste and appearance of all pastry items.
- Manage baking schedules and production timelines to meet daily demands and special orders.
- Monitor ingredient inventory and work with the kitchen team to order supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized baking station in line with food safety standards.
- Operate baking equipment with precision and care.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to design seasonal menus and custom dessert offerings.
- Ensure all products meet quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.
Requirements:
- Gender: Male candidates only.
- Proven experience as a pastry chef, baker, or similar role.
- Mastery of baking techniques including measuring, mixing, and temperature control.
- Creative flair for designing attractive and flavorful pastries.
- Excellent time management skills, especially under pressure and during peak hours.
- High level of attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to follow recipes and adapt to dietary restrictions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Culinary certification or formal training in baking is an added advantage.
