We are seeking a well-organised order management officer who would oversee the order fulfilment process in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing the flow of orders, ensuring timely and accurate shipments, and providing real-time reports and updates

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all order fulfilment policies and procedures.
- Adherence to appropriate order flow and SLAs.
- Communicate with all interfacing teams and customers professionally and concisely.
- Manage customers' orders from end to end.
- Track and report order statuses while making sure orders shipped are without issue.
- Research and resolve chargebacks from customers to prevent future occurrences.
- Overall proactive approach to work by taking ownership of tasks and moving forward as appropriate to meet deadlines and objectives.
Requirements:
- BSc degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of order management or supply chain operations experience to ensure on-time delivery
- Experience in customer service and communication skills
- Ease of use of Microsoft Office and a variety of tech platforms
