Model Recruitment Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Identify women and men interested in modelling careers.
• Explain modelling packages clearly via WhatsApp or online messaging.
• Outline what each package includes:
• London studio photoshoot.
• Professional hair and makeup.
• Multiple camera shoots and video content, depending on package.
• Modelling contract.
• Portfolio development.
• Optional modelling training.
• Opportunity to be put forward for paid jobs.
• Guide models through the sign-up process.
• Ensure the deposit payment is made.
• Coordinate a confirmation call with the Director.
• Send official emails from the company address.
• Manage model communication and attendance.
• Ensure punctual arrival at the studio.
• Maintain active WhatsApp contact until completion.
• You will also recruit influencers who wish to source models themselves.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills.
• Confident in online outreach.
• Organized and proactive.
• Able to manage multiple conversations daily.
• Comfortable working remotely from any location.

Daily Structure:

• Attend the mandatory morning meeting at 8:45 am.
• Log in via company VPN.
• Conduct online outreach through social media and messaging platforms.

Note: Influencers earn commission per model recruited. Influencers manage the attendance of their own recruited models, and Influencers may attend shoots and receive commission for their group.
