Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, juices, and hot drinks
- Manage bar operations independently during shifts
- Work at private events, pop-ups, and brand activations
- Engage warmly with customers and provide great service
- Assist with bookings and event drink service
- Support social media content (behind or in front of the camera)
- Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable bar space
- Must be flexible, reliable, creative, and experienced
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience mixing drinks or working in a bar setting
- Someone who’s confident working alone and can take initiative
- Flexibility available for events on weekends, evenings, and sometimes weekdays
- A people person, friendly, engaging, and professional
- Someone who gets social media and is comfortable being part of content
- Most of all, someone who’s passionate about quality, detail, and creativity
