Job summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Protocol Officer / Logistics Officer to manage official protocols, coordinate logistics, and ensure the smooth execution of organizational activities and events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing travel arrangements, events, and administrative logistics.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage official visits, meetings, and events.
- Ensure proper protocol procedures are followed during high-level engagements.
- Provide administrative and protocol support to senior management.
- Oversee procurement and distribution of materials and supplies.
- Manage inventory and ensure the timely availability of resources.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, and vendors.
- Prepare logistics reports and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Logistics, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years relevant work experience in protocol, logistics, or administrative roles.
- Experience in event planning or coordination is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Location: Isolo.
Remuneration: NGN 120,000
