Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Removing the garbage, washing garbage cans and clearing refrigerators, freezers and storage rooms
- You should also be able to record notable food wastages
- Proper cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene
- Assisting the cook with the preparation of meal.
Requirements:
- Sound knowledge of food, health and regulation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skill
- Ability to work under pressure and exercise exceptional time management and ensure that all duties are completed in a timely manner
- Ability to comply with all food health and safety regulations.
Remuneration: NGN 15,000 - 25,000
