The Growth Officer ā E-Business will be responsible for identifying and pursuing growth opportunities within the companyās digital and electronic business channels. This includes managing business relationships, analyzing financial and customer data, driving product positioning, and working with internal teams to execute revenue-driven initiatives

Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Strategy:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow the company's e-business footprint and drive revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, trend analysis, and customer data.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersĀ
- Analyze customer feedback and satisfaction data to guide strategies and service delivery
Product & Market Insight:
- Provide insights that inform product development and pricing strategy, ensuring alignment with market needs
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation
Deal Negotiation & Executive Collaboration:
- Represent the company in client meetings and strategic negotiations
- Collaborate with executives to evaluate new business directions and implement growth strategies.
Requirements:
- First degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in business development, digital sales, or a related role.
- Good understanding of e-business models and customer lifecycle management.
- Good knowledge of Ms tools, CRM tools, and basic data analysis.
- Knowledge of digital ecosystem, financial services, and competitive landscapes.
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
