Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production and factory operations.
- Coordinate staff schedules, duties, and performance.
- Manage raw materials, supplies, and inventory (cement, sand, water, moulds, etc.).
- Monitor production output and ensure quality control standards are met.
- Perform calculations for material usage, production planning, and costing.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and company policies.
- Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Liaise with management to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.
Requirements:
- Male candidate, aged between 30 and 35 years.
- Graduate in any relevant discipline.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills (very important).
- Minimum of 2 – 5 years relevant work experience (manufacturing, production, operations, or supervisory role
- Proven ability to coordinate staff and manage daily operations.
- High level of discipline, integrity, and accountability.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
