Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor industrial fryers to produce consistent batches of plantain chips following quality standards.
- Control and maintain optimal frying temperatures.
- Clean and maintain fryers and workstations.
- Assist in training new team members and
providing guidance on proper frying techniques and equipment handling.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of SSCE
- No experience required
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and discipline
