Job summary
The Front Desk Officer is responsible for managing the front office area and serving as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. The role requires a friendly, professional, and organized individual who can handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and support daily administrative operations.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to visitors politely and professionally.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and emails.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it is neat and presentable.
- Register visitors and maintain visitor logs.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
- Provide accurate information to clients and staff.
- Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties.
- Support internal departments with front office coordination.
- Ensure company policies and security procedures are followed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
