Food and Beverage Officer

Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising daily F&B operations to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor staff performance and support team training and development.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Monitor inventory, place supply orders, and manage stock control.
• Support in planning and executing F&B events, promotions, or special functions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in food and beverage operations (supervisory level preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of food hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverages preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
