Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring seamless coordination with the kitchen and service teams.
Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and fine dining service standards.
Ensure finesse table setting, proper waiter etiquette and movement, and correct placement of wine service utensils.
Build and maintain strong guest relationships, ensuring personalized service and guest loyalty.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to consistently deliver exceptional fine dining service.
Oversee reservations, seating arrangements, and service flow to optimize guest satisfaction and maximize capacity.
Collaborate with chefs on menu development, wine pairing, and special dining experiences.
Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient resource use.
Implement guest feedback and mystery diner programs to maintain high service quality.
Review financial reports, track KPIs, and make corrective adjustments to achieve performance goals.

Requirements:

Strong leadership and people management skills.
In-depth knowledge of fine dining etiquette, service flow, wine culture, and guest engagement.
Expertise in fine table setting, waiter movement, and wine service rituals.
Strong financial acumen in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining elegance and professionalism.
