Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring seamless coordination with the kitchen and service teams.
  • Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and fine dining service standards.
  • Ensure finesse table setting, proper waiter etiquette and movement, and correct placement of wine service utensils.
  • Build and maintain strong guest relationships, ensuring personalized service and guest loyalty.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to consistently deliver exceptional fine dining service.
  • Oversee reservations, seating arrangements, and service flow to optimize guest satisfaction and maximize capacity.
  • Collaborate with chefs on menu development, wine pairing, and special dining experiences.
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient resource use.
  • Implement guest feedback and mystery diner programs to maintain high service quality.
  • Review financial reports, track KPIs, and make corrective adjustments to achieve performance goals.

Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of fine dining etiquette, service flow, wine culture, and guest engagement.
  • Expertise in fine table setting, waiter movement, and wine service rituals.
  • Strong financial acumen in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining elegance and professionalism.
  • High attention to detail and organizational ability.
