Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for mine site staff.
- Plan menus according to staff preferences and ensure nutritional balance;
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and proper food storage;
- Control food costs and minimise waste.
- Follow food safety standards to ensure meal quality and safety.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cook (experience in mining sites or large canteens is a plus).
- Ability to cook Chinese cuisine or local dishes
- Willingness to work and live in a mining site environment
- Responsible, hardworking, and reliable.
