Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Wash, chop, weigh, mix ingredients; cook meats, vegetables, fish using grilling, baking, frying, or steaming methods.
- Follow established recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
- Set up workstations, monitor inventory, restock supplies, and handle opening/closing duties.
- Maintain clean work areas, sanitize equipment, store food correctly, and follow health guidelines.
- Assemble and expedite orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving customer issues.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff, assist where needed, and communicate effectively.
Requirements:
- Culinary Art Skill/SSCE/OND Holders
- Culinary degree or diploma
- 1 - 2 years of experience as a Local Cook
- Cooking skills and knowledge of local cuisine
